Colin is an MBA / Masters in Data Science dual degree student at the University of Virginia. His background is in systems engineering and process improvement. He strives to simplify and modernize the performance review system to ensure time spent on this process is beneficial to all parties involved. He is most interested in how we can leverage AI to achieve this goal.

Jack is an MBA / Masters in Education dual degree student at the University of Virginia. He started his career as a public-school math teacher where he learned the value of effective feedback. When he transitioned to management consulting, he was surprised by the poor quality of evaluation systems and strives to fix performance reviews once and for all.
